Opened in 2007, Gallery 2 introduces a wide range of Korean contemporary art. Gallery 2 values strong trust and partnership between artists and galleries, and works together to help artists continue their creative activities. Above all, the gallery believes and practices that the role of a gallery is to maintain a diverse spectrum of contemporary art by exploring the commercial potential of valuable works.

Currently, Gallery2 operates Gallery2 (Pyeongchang-dong), which focuses on solo exhibitions and presents new works regardless of age or genre, and Gallery2 Jungseon Farm (Jeju-do), which introduces works by major mid-career Korean artists in a natural setting.

Rather than achieving short-term results or following a trend, Gallery 2 is building a balanced partnership between artist and gallery. Both artists and galleries strive to positively stimulate each other and show the results through their work and exhibitions. Gallery2 hopes to connect with more artists who embrace change in a positive way and bring change to the gallery.
