Roh Choong Hyun(b.1970) majored in painting (BFA) and received MFA in painting at Hongik University. His work translates various spatial characteristics of Seoul into paintings, visualizing emotional responses to reality and exploring the locality of Korea-specifically, Seoul. His works are part of the collections at the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA), the MMCA Art Bank, Gyeonggi Museum of Modern Art, and the Seoul Museum of Art.
