Operations: Our educators are professionals who have majored in art and education in Korea and abroad, and have studied aesthetics, art history, and art therapy in graduate school. They are members of the International Contemporary Art Education Association (ICEA), which is dedicated to the research and development of contemporary art education. They are also certified as art educators in children's art history, contemporary art, and Korean art history, with the following specialties

- Researchers at the International Institute for Contemporary Art Education
- Torrance Creativity TTCT Professional Teaching Certification
- Certified in Child Art Psychotherapy
- National and public art museum docent experience
- Worked as a corporate art instructor and art therapist
