Choi Mo Min(b.1985) earned his BFA and MFA in fine arts from the Korea National University of Arts and later obtained his MFA in painting from the Royal College of Art in the UK. His works depict landscapes and figures from the outskirts of the city, using expressive brushstrokes and oil painting techniques to narrate drifting lives. Rooted in personal narratives, his work expands to broader social explorations. He has participated in residencies at White Block Residency and the Kumho Art Studio.
