Lee San Oh (b.1996) studied painting at Sejong University (BFA) and pursued ceramics at the graduate school of Seoul National University of Science and Technology (MFA). Through the use of clay, paper, and graphite, she poetically explores themes of living and death in religion, revealing structural parallels between text and imagery. Along with drawings Inspired by books, she interweaves textual and visual elements, developing surreal sculptural works in a manner akin to writing.
